The position in my RIR requires M.S. or Equivalent degree in my major. I got M.S. of the major in a foreign country and a PhD of the same major in America. My RIR is approved. Do I have to have my M.S. degree evaluated to file I140? If so, where to find an agency? Any input is appreciated!
