In the Canadian immigration site, it says to get 22 points in education one must have:
*Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies
OR
*Obtained two or more university degrees at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies
Now, how come a person with three year diploma gets more point than a person with 4 year bachelors degree (which gives 20 point)?? If someone has a bachelor degree and some certificate program done, then he is eligable for 20 or 22 point?
