Education eval question (Jim & Gurus Help)

I have a 3 year bachelors from india(B.sc. Computer science) and 10+ years of experience in the same field. Job description in LC says Systems/programmer analyst. I applied for I-140 in July. Havent heard anything about it yet.

My question is

1. Would my education evaluation cause any problems in I-140.
2. What would be my options in that case.
