edges of pasport clipped visa stamped as cancelled witout prejudice. new application

while new pasport was issued to me the authority cliped the edges of old pasport. i went to us they let me enter but at departure stanped as cancelled withour prejudice. now iam applying for new visa. what should i write in the question HAVE YOUR VISA BEEN CANCELLED OR REVOKED

Hi!,

You should say it has been cancelled. It is anyways recorded in their system...

When I got my H1, all previous B Visa were cancelled.

I also got a B again this year and filled Yes to the question if Visa were cancelled.

During the interview, I showed the Stamp to the Consul Officer that they were cancelled without prejudice. I got my B Visa.
