(No RFE, these are our first EADs, my boss don't like to extend my H1 for next
3 years, since he don't like to raise my salary)

Sorry to bother URCH, what is the actual RD ? I am actually desperate to get my EAD approval as I got an offer from a company and I being foolish applied for renewal little late.

RD is the received date, my RD is Nov. 10 ND is Nov. 12, sorry I don't know how BCIS gives the RD and ND exactly,

after 90 days in case don't get your EAD, you can get it in your local immigration office.

Thanks for the info. I would like to know whether your new EAD card dates are from the expiration dates of your previuos EAD.
