Econimic Times article - Now, your visa gets outsourced to India!

Seems it is not visa outsourced but VISA OPERATIONS.
(Title in paper is funny).
At this pace it will be a reality in the future--All these 'foreign governments
will be out sourced,I mean all govt.services of foreign govts to india.
The day is reckoning!!!
