EB3-World: Pending/Approved cases @ TSC

Hi everyone,

Please post here if you are EB3-World applicant. I am trying to get an idea what's going on with EB3-world cases in TSC.

My details are following;

PD: July 2004, World
I485 (both myself and wife): June 1st, 2007, RD: June 7th, 2007
1st FP (CODE:3): notice received June 13th, 2007, gave FP: July 5th, 2007
LUDs: 7/5/07, 7/6/07 and 7/10/07
Current status H1b (valid for another more two years)
FBI check:cleared same day we gave FP (confirmed w/ FBI)
Name check: not sure, will find out meeting IO with INFOR PASS

I485 AD: ????? hopefully in this life..

how did you confirm your NC from FBI? thru email? or call? Can you provide details.. I appreciate it..:)
 
i called FBI at 3046252000. They tell only about FP results. To find out name check, im thinking to meet IO w/ INFORPASS.

I am EB3 ROW and just got the approval email on the 13th. Check my signature for details.

But you just filed the I-485 this June? You shouldn't expect approval this year. If it happens that fast you are very lucky.

TRX to Local Office in 02/2005
Arrived to Local Office on 09/2006 ( it took ...19 MONTHS for TRX !!!)
