EB3 with approved PERM needing advice

So I have been working at this company for 4.5 years. I have an H1b which will expire in October of 2013. I got my PERM approved, but I finally understood that I can't apply for I-485 unless my priority date is current (my pd is 12/12/2012). So I don't see the point of applying for the I-140.

I have multiple courses of action and I would like your advice

A. I can apply for the I-140 , renew my H1b and wait for my priority date to be current. or hope the immigration reform will ease the EB3 backlog.

B. Wait until next year and redo my prevailing wage, PERM and I-140 under EB2.

C. Wait for immigration reform and apply for an adjustment of status with everybody else who is illegal.

D. Wait for immigration reform and apply for Asylum since they will lift the 1 year restriction on Asylum applicants. (I have a valid case, but I passed the 1 year limit ).

I've been in the US legally since 2003, and I am just getting pretty frustrated with how long this process is taking. I would like your recommendations.

Thanks
