Did any of you call INS to see your application is been assigned to officer or not? Last month they did assign the cases to officers on May 25th, if PD is becoming current on June 1st.
I spoke to an IIO yesterday and she said my case is not assigned to an officer. For some reason my case is pending there even though my I-140 is approved as EB-2. My colleague\'s case is also pending(EB-2). I\'ve no idea why INS think our case as EB-3. Now it doesn\'t matter which category.
