EB3 to EB2 portability:
I am working for my company since 2001. I filed for EB3 with my current employer in 2003 and 485 is still pending. There is another position with the same employer that requires masters degree (ie EB2). I got my masters (art-time)last year. Will that masters count towards an EB2 petition for the new job with the same employer?
I heard from people that work experience accumulated with the same employer doesn't count I am wondering if that's the case for masters degree...
