I work for company A. They filed my LC and I-140 under EB3 category. Both LC and I-140 got approved. Now I am waiting for my PD to become current.
Company B has bought over a division of company A in which I work. Next week I will become employee of company B.
I have requested company B to file fresh LC for me in EB2 category and they have agreed.
Will the new LC in EB2 category have any issues due to the already approved LC in EB3 category.
