Eb3 to Eb2 Possible?

Just want to check if this is possible

My Situation

MS from US
Graduation date 2000

Used Sub Labor EB3
PD May 2002 - India
I140 approved, 485 pending for 3 Yrs
Invoked AC21 (currently working on EAD)


Can I File New Perm Labor through new company in EB2 and Carry forward EB3 Date?

What Happens to my pending 485? Will it be abondoned?

You may request for PD porting while filing for new I-140 (eb2).

What Happens to my pending 485? Will it be abondoned?
After new I-140 is approved, send a letter indiacting new basis for I-485.
