eb3 to eb2 need help urgent

Hello All,
I filed labor with company A Eb2 PD OCt 2003, then Last year company A gave me pre approved Eb3 labor PD july 2002 and I 140 got approved . My eb2 labor got approved. Can I use priority Date of Preapproved Labor and file 140 again on eb2 labor.

I need suggestions,Please help.

No PD portability

You can port PD when both are in same category and 140 remains active.

Even with out PD, if you want to proceed with EB2 labour, your company might not be ready to waste preapproved EB3 labour since 140 is already approved. They have to revoke the approved 140, if they want to use that EB3 labor for someone else.

Or If you have close relationship with the company, you can file 140 with EB2 labour. But no chance to port PD alongwith it.
