Hello All,
My I-140 under EB3 (India) has been approved recently and waiting for I-485 filing due to retrogression.My priority date is July'02 and I am in 7th year extension.Is it really worth waiting till my EB3 date become current at this time or file EB2-Perm/I-140 and use my old priority date while filing I-485 ?.
How long will it take for EB2-Perm approval ?.
Please advice ...
