EB3 September 09 2002 I140 approval ?

Hi,
I am worried as Applied for I140 on Sep 09 2002 with EB3 category.
From my company others who applied after me have received their I140 approvals ? Till now there is no REF also on my case.

So wondering why it is that ? I called BSIC 800 number, They tell you the same what is available on INS online tracking page.
It is rediculous. .......

If someone can have some input that wtll be appreciated.

More details ..

Sorry I forgot to mention more details like My I140 is getting processed from Vermont Service Center .

Also, As per VSC they are processing I140 for Sep 16 2002.

Please update me if anyone has more explanation for my case .

ND - June14th, 2002
AD - Mercy Of Yoga Narasimha

I-485
Rd - Oct 4th, 2002
ND- Oct 10th, 2002

I called the 1-800 number regarding my I-140 case. The lady i spoke with started reading the internet message and told me that 360 days are not over... Fine!

At the end of the discussion she told me that it is taking approximately 13 months for I-140 approval at VSC. Can we count on that???
Are there any April, 2002 cases still pending in this forum....
