EB3 ROW Predictions??

Any predictions for EB3 ROW for July? At June 05 now do you think there is a chance it will move up a few months?

Curious on what others think?

No reason for USCIS to move EB3 ROW other than collecting additional $$ in fees. There cannot be many retrogressed applicants with I485 already pending and new applicants would not use this year's quota, anyway.

There are lots of EB3 ROW I-485 applicants already pending for the past two years. But there were very few with priority dates old enough for the dates that have been there since October 2005 until the recent moves.

Fast forward 8 days. I am not talking about the guys who are retrogressed today, or have been retrogressed until 05/01.

There cannot be many retrogressed ROW applicants with I485 filed after June 2005.

I've tried to learn more about the system by reading through the threads. I'm aware that it's going to be a long road until we actually get our GC but I guess I'm eager like everyone else to get to the next step. Just want to be able to file for the I485 soon.....

Yes, the dates haven't moved for a very long time... so would you predict some movement within the fiscal year?
