I just found out that my lawyer should have done something last July to keep
my LC valid. He filed EB3 RIR LC for me in Jan 2005. So far we haven't got
the 45 days letter. I thought it would come eventually. But, it will NEVER
come now because my lawyer was supposed to let BEC know last July that we did not receive any contact for BEC and he did not.
I just found out this from BEC web site today. I do not know why the lawyer
did not know/did not do anything at that time. Now I am screwed.
Any way to save my LC now? Any help is very appreciated.
