Eb3 RFE and using Ac-21 - Miracle??

Hi,

I was planning to swicth to a new company using AC-21

All of a sudden , got a RFE recently and paystub. The attorney would reply may be end of this month.

As iam of this kind ,

EB3 - IND - retrrogressed (PD 2003 - Q4 ) -- Unless a miracle(approval) happens, approval may happen.

Is there anyone on the same boat. Any suggestions of how much time to wiat before going forward with the AC-21 plans.? IS it advisable?

OR should we wait for 4 months? etc etc .Please share your thoughts.

Which Service center?. Did you apply for EAD?

yes. Applied for EAD renewal. Got the new EAD too.
