Any news about Retrogression?

I read somewhere the PD may have moved 1 year ahead. Also heard some about 1-2 cases that got approved even though their PD were not current. I mean RETRO cases.

What is the current PD? When do we expect it to change? How much movement are we expecting in the next change?

I have never heard that. hmm.., it could be a rumour. The only case i saw was processed under EB2 mistakenly when he was under EB3 (well thats what the person says)
