EB3 retrogression

My documents were sent to Texas center on 12/10/04 for EAD, Advance parole, I140 and I485. I am from India, and I fall under EB3 category. Can some one please let me know, if my application has any impact because of the EB3 retrogression? Can you also give the details of the EB3 retrogression? :confused:

Unfortunately if you fall into EB3 than you will face the concequences of retrogression.
you could find out from your labour ....

do not worry hopefuly you will receive EAD & AP benefit...till your GC gets approved

Regression is only for 3 countries currently

Even if you fall into EB3, you may be OK if you are not from India, China or Phillipines. Currently regression is only for the above three countries.
