With the latest bad news for EB3s please comment on the below
1. H1 is still active. due to expire in 2006
2. I485 pending due to the EB3 retrogression (PDJuly02). Have EAD. But never used it.
3. Want to change a job instead of waiting for I485 approval mess.
Given the above, for the new employer -
A. Is it possible to transfer the H1 and still keep the present EAD?
B. Is it better to transfer the H1 to a new company or work on EAD?
C. In order to use EAD is AC21 required?
D. How does one go about filing AC21?
E. Should AC21 be filed before you actually change the job?
F. What precautions to take before changing jobs while I485 is pending?
