Today I mailed to my atorney ( Sheela Murthy) and I recievd the response from one of their attorney ..
My question to atorney :
Did your office receive any updates on EB3 retrogression (aspecially RFE cases I mean they received the RFE but PD is not current) . I wonder now my case to will go that category or ?? My PD is Feb'03
Per the attorney:
If a person in the EB3 category with a priority date on or after January 1, 2002, received an RFE on their case, this does not change anything regarding the impact of retrogression. That is, despite the RFE, their I-485 cannot be adjudicated until the priority date becomes current again.
so we are all ******up ..
