EB3 retrogression - Consular Processing in Future ?

I need some opinions on this...

My I-485 is not filed due to EB3 retrogression, PD is Jan 2003 with my labor and I-140 both cleared.

If I move to India at present, is it possible for me to still apply or expect the greencard thru consular processing in India based on my current petition.

I also plan to be married while in India so I would have my spouse on my consular process petition too.

Does this work if my current employer supports me ?
 
there is another thread in this forum similar to ur query - my lawyer has told me this is doable (am planning to study abroad) bcos I have chosen CP while filing I-140.
