EB3 Retrogress - Predictions

All,

Starting Oct'05 EB3 numbers will become available. However the priority dates will retrogress. What are your predictions for the priority date?

CIS was processing june 2002 before the visas became unavailable;
some of folks in other threads says it going to be much worse... i personally think it will move back 6 months,,,unless the BEC starts approving labors around 2000-2001 time frame ...then we are in deep trouble.
also considering the fact the labor's approved from 2000-2001 need 140 to be approved ..buys us some time....
ok now NOT considering the BEC approved cases and if CIS already too many cases frmo 2000-2001...then we are in deep mess...no way out...bcoz later teh BEC cases are definitely goin to kick in...i would say it would be forever...then

Surely it is going to be availabe. PD may go back if not in October but may be in November.
