EB3 retrogress case - received 485 RFEs

Surprised to see the status change yesterday (01/13/05) that RFEs are sent on all my family's 485s (mine, wife and two kids).

Case details:
Michigan RIR Labor PD - 04/02 (So I should be affected by retrogression)
Labor Approved - 08/03
EB3 I-140 RD - 09/23/03
I-485 RD - 10/31/03
Finger Printed on - 05/27/04
EAD1 approved on - 01/03/05

So I was eligible for Omahato (or whatever) concurrent concept and my
I-140 approval was delayed

I-140 Approval Date - 10/13/04

At this point that I thought that I might get 485 approval but it didn't happened and obviously now I should be affected by retrogression. But got these RFEs.

Now I'm assuming that they might be clearing the RFEs and get ready for approval but approve it once the dates are current - just my guess

So this might be a good news for those who are in the above situation

One question:
Do I receive the RFEs or just the attorney?

No, you should not be affected by the retrogression since your case had been opened before 1/1/2005.
