Well now BCIS is trying to say that there are no visa numbers and they want to retrogress. But they have approved cases for people applied after I did. In my case I appled for Labor May 2002, I140/485 Jan 2003. But people with later Labor and 485 dates have been approved all over. How are they gonna justify that. Is this system doesn't have any proper guidelines to follow.
I am sure they have made a mistake in approving concurrent cases in order to eliminate backlog. Because of that it is now causing problems to people like me. Peole applied a year afte me are approved. I am sitting here waiting for the PD to move.
I don't know if there is any answer for this?
