my attorney pointed my attention to the Visa bulleting for 2005

It appears that EB3 quotas are full for fiscal 2005 (year ending sept 2005). EB3 is the classic high tech worker labor green card.
I posted this so everyone waiting can see. Not sure exactyl what it means.
For example I would like to know - I the FP done in April, can I assume that they resumed processing becasue they had one EB3 available for me (and all those who FP before this bulletin appeared)
