Hi All,

I got an email notification from USCIS regarding my husband application for additional information. But we have not received any letter yet and it has been 10 days now. Last year we did have address change, but my lawyer said that she has already taken care of that. Please advise if i should go ahead and call them or what should i do.

Check with your attorney. The RFEs are usually mailed to the attorney. We had a similar email, but our RFEs were mailed to our attorney.

When you are saying that your lawyer took care of the address change, how did your lawyer take care? Did you receive a notice from USCIS that they have changed the address in the file?
