Can a EB3 petition be revoked, if there was misrepresentation on the application filed for Labor Certification?
The petitioners ETA 750 and I-140 were approved and petitioner received the Green Card.
Now when his family members went to the embassy for the visa interview, the visa was refused because the consular suspected misrepresentation on the original ETA 750 Labor certification application.
-- can the petition be revoked based on that?
-- also can the Permanent Resident status of the petitioner be revoked by the USCIS?
