EB3 PD Not current FP Done in Oct/Nov 99 - Please post

  My Pd Jan 99 / ND Oct 99 / FP Mar \'01 / EB3 - Need to know how much time it takes to get approval. Is there a possibility of getting approval before PD becomes current. Expecting Pd to become current next month ( from Jul 98 to Feb 99 )

no. You wont get approval if your PD is not current. also, I dont think your PD will become current next month. they have
been moving 4 months at a time since last couple of months and I think that will continue to happen..
