Wait for a couple of weeks, you should be getting your approval soon.

Have you called up the emergency number and enquired about your name check status? In case if you haven't, call them up and check the status. It will give you a better idea. I believe in your case, you might have already cleared this stage as you have completed your first FP long back (in April 2004).

Watch for any LUD in the next few days.

Good luck.

My PD is 11-DEC-2001 and I-485 is pending since Mar'04 .

On email enquiry to USCIS in the month of Feb'05 for case status, received reply back as "The cases are currently undergoing additional systems check. Please allow an additional 180 days for processing".

Thx

Sellapsx,

Congrats and enjoy your freedom.

Since you have recently completed Biometrics, USCIS will process your plastic card using your biometrics info.

This may take anywhere between 2 weeks and few months.

Its upto you to decide on getting a stamp on your passport.

Book an infopass appointment soon (for a later date like 2-3 weeks later) and wait for your plastic card. If you don't receive it, then get a stamp.

When you go for stamping, you would need your I-485 approval notice, Advance parole copies (if any), EAD cards(if any), passport, preferably drivers license issued by local state and your infopass appointment print out.

Good luck.

Hi Apollo_13,
thanks for your update, i have a question, while booking the info pass appoinment , do i need to book seperate appoinments for primary person and the derivative person?
Thanks in advance.

I am not sure about that. I have never seen one appointment is sufficient in USCIS website. But I have seen various answers in this forum, some says we just need one for entire family, some says one for each member of the family.

Most of the people have mentioned one is enough for the whole family.

To be in a safer side, book two appointments. On the first appointment, try getting stamp in all passports. If you can do that, cancel all the remaining appointments later. If not, anyway you have the other appointment that you can use to get stamp on your spouse's passport.
