Guys and Gals,

Just want to see how many EB3 2002-2003 PD applicants have recently gotten a Bio Notice. I am doing this out of curiosity. Please post here if you have a EB3 2002-2003 PD and have received a Bio Notice in the past few months.

Please use the following format if possible.

Hello Everyone on this forum....
I just got call from attorney office, I have FP notice for my self & family member on 17th March.....She mentioned it is Code 2.
I will keep you posted when I will receive notice in mail.

Country - INDIA
FP - 03/15/2005.
Code 3 Biometric for self - 03/09/2006.(Yet to take).
Code 3 Biometric for spouse - 02/16/2006.

PD is early 2003 for 4 of us and I-485 pending since early 2004, and we all gave Bio - code 3.

I am bit puzzled about criteria on Code 2 and Code 3. I thought everyone is Code 3 now-a-days.
