EB3 - October 2002

The current processing time for I-140 - EB3 show 10/28/2002 on USCIS site. My ND is 10/22/2002 but still the status is pending. When I called the 800 #, I was told I should get the response by mail within 30 days. I don't understand what does this mean?

Is anyone with similar situation please let share your expereince.

Any October 2002 / EB3 pending cases

Is any one out there who have filed on 10/2003 under EB3 and still waiting for the approval?

This is the standard answer the USCIS customer service personnel gives to anyone who calls them. It means nothing.

Next time you call then ask for a tier2 officer. If after 30 days you haven't received a response, ask your attorney to call/sent letter to USCIS. (Post your experience)

I know it is frustating, but that iseems to be the only option.
