EB3 Non-RIR Question

Dear All, for some reason, my attorneys filed for my green card under EB3 non-RIR four years ago even though I had earned a master's degree in the US even before I joined my firm. At any rate, now the BEC has asked my firm for supervised recruitment. I'm a little concerned that the job description is a little simple and I'm not sure how my firm is going to deny incoming applications. Anyone in a similar situation? I'm already in the 7th year of my H extension.

My question is that if the DOL really rejects my labor, can I stay at least until my current extension expires or I'm supposed to leave immediately? I know I can appeal the decision but was curious to know the implications of labor rejection on my current H extension.

Thanks.
