Just got the information from Online Update that my case was approved yesterday.

Of course, after so many years, I don't want to believe it's true until I get the plastic card.

I sent a letter to Senator's office a couple of weeks ago and they told me last week they asked CIS and were waiting for their response.

I also sent a request for expedite process to TSC about the same time.

No idea which one worked, but something played out right, I guess.

Hope all the OLD cases will be approved soon. We have to have faith, though I still think CIS will improve their working process.

And of course, most ironically, I just sent out application for a new AP yesterday, with $165 new fee.
