EB3, ND02/00 Still waiting without an RFE?? - Please post

EB3, PD: 01/98, RD: 01/2000, ND: 02/00, FP: 03/2001. Just talked with IIO, was told that case won\'t be assigned to officer till 2 months after FP.

Thanks for your posts and please keep them coming.
Also, my lawyer just called the IIO and apparently he was told that VSC was working on cases upto Mar2000 and are processing cases as far back as April 99. However my case is still pending and he (Lawyer) said it is a matter of a fortnight or a month for my approval to come through.

Status - Waiting... No change in AVM, No RFE.
Checked message on INS Vermont Phone # - 802-527-4913 early morning on April 25 2001 (last Wednesday).
