EB3 ND 1/00 How long does it take once assigned to an officer ?

ND 1/00

FP2 8/01

I just spoke to an IIO and she said that my case is was assigned to an adjudicating officer on Feb 20 ? Based on history, how long does it usually take for a decision once the case is with an officer ? The IIO would not commit to a time frame.

It usually takes about a week to be approved. Just check your AVM these few days and you should hear the good news soon.
