I dont think that with the past 6 months experience we should predict something. Its highly unpredictable when you talk about USCIS, DOS and DOL.

Wishing good luck to all.

It is amazing but we are only 6 months away from the October 2007 Visa Bulletin. Even if they decide to jump EB3 world to year 2002, many of us would not benefit since it would be too late. The 245(i) cases are expected to kick by October as well. It seems this is an endless nightmare.

State department has anyways predicted that before retrogressing or having unavilable visa, the date will stagnate and say the same.
We are already seeing it in EB3 Worldwide.
I see a strong possibility of the dates going back to 2000 if the Backlog Elimination center goes ahead and clears its backlog by the end of this year.
They have started approving old cases. A buddy of mine with a PD of September 1998 was approved last week. Im sure there must be others like him.

EB3 never unavailable for my country

I don't believe this Visa retrogression. EB3 for us was never unavailable. Because in any given year there not many people for any given EB classification.

It a way to make us to go back to own county.

Feb 15th or March 1st, 2001

We know we can't really predict dates. Predtion threads are for fun and just release the anxiety a bit... just sorta know what others think dates will go... just a conversation, not much more. So let's just make our guesstimates and the reasoning behind it. No point is repeating all the -ve attributes of the agencies involved.

My guesstimate is that the PD will move forward by either fifteen days for one month. The reason is that they'll be careful moving the date forward till it reaches May 1st (due to i245 hump and end of April). Once it reaches May 1st, it may be stagnant for 1-6 months and start moving forward somewhat faster, like 3-6 months at a time.

Chime away!
