I have a BS and a post graduate diploma from Canada. I have been at my current job for a little over 2.5 years(Computer Systems Analyst). Previous to that I was hired out of school with a company for 6 months. I have been through a couple of TN visas and recently received my H1-B. I have been told that I do not qualify for Labor Cert. (ETA 750) because I did not have 2 years experience before being hired with my current company. Is this correct?
