EB3 Labor Approved - Implications on H-1 Extension

Dear All, I'm in the 7th year of my current H-1 right now. If my EB3 labor gets approved, I can file for a 3 year extension of my H-1B. My question is that is this H-1B then transferable? I mean, can I switch jobs on my new 3-year H-1B extension?
