EB3>Jan2002 Pipeline Cases for I,C,P

There has been several threads about this. Different people saying different things. 1 person also got approval. Some inclduing me felt what if it is bogus(no offense intended to the poster, infact if we assume that you are real, you have brought lots and lots of hopes to all of us)

Someone also found out by calling them that they are indeed going to process these cases. Retrogression GIANT is not going to affect us.


I am starting this thread to find out what are finaly comments from you guys? What do you think?
 
Let's wait and see if we can find any approvals from some one who has been in the forum for a while. In any case, do not worry much. As i said before, my best guess is that the PD will move forward by 1 year by June'05. (On an average it might move forward by 2 months in each month). I am not sure if we will see PD movement within the next 2 or 3 months, but we should definitely see a good movement in April - June time frame.

I hear you buddy !! I am waiting for more approvals to certify this whole thing !! However, Just to correct, If postings are correct than I see
Two Approvals and Not One in such category.

One is for Tiger2004 and ed_mazumdar,

They both fall under the same category, So my hopes are still alive. Beleive me I will post my approval here as soon as i get it :-) !!

Here are the details about Tiger2004 from other thread if u are wondering, He
is EB3 and from India. His posts are in 2003 Tracker :

I got the two surprising Approval Emails today one for myself and the other for my wife.
I am surprised because my priority date was 10/18/2002

I'll wait to receive our Actual approval notices by mail and then I'll celebrate and then I'll update the tracker

Oh thats good, I really didnt know about tiger2004. So we have 2 cases, Thats good.

My guess is that if there are LUD changes in December on I-485 , then USCIS has already started working on that case in december, so retrogression doesnt affect it.

My 2 cents.

You will tiger2004 postings there. He himself doesn't beleive tht he is approved :-)

I am substitute labor guys.......But I wish we all approve soon.....And hope good news is on the way..........
 
Lantos bill

Some body posted details on Lantos bill which talks about releasing unused visa numbers for 2001,2002,2003 (looks like there are lot of them , 50,000 unused in 2003 alone) to be released for EB3.
If this passes we can see some big movement in PD.
