Hi fellows, our PD through my wife's employer (labor) is Aug 2001, ND Sep 14th 2001. We have been told by my lawyer and many other people that there should NOT be an interview once the case has been approved, Is this true? or is this only for EB1 and EB2?
We are waiting for the FP notice, and are hoping we don't have to go to an interview.
