What are the options to change EB3 to EB2?How can anyone change EB3 to EB2.Please reply.

yh_mltr2004,

here still 2001 lot people stucked in I-485 for EB3. So dont think there are less people in 2001 and 2002 for EB3 for India. I dont think to count guys for 2002 because date is still in May 01 as well as still lot EB3 for 01 stucked.
