This is to get a sense how things have moved since the last poll on EB3-India applicants conducted here:

Please vote on the PD YEAR, ONLY if your case is STILL PENDING and you are from India waiting on an EB3. If your case was approved and you had voted in the last poll, please choose the correct option: "Voted in previous poll but now approved".

*The number in square brackets [] are the total for that year copied over from the previous poll as of today, for easy reference. For 2001, the total is 58 without splitting months.

People with 98/99 PD: were you able to find out why they are not processing your case? Is it because you just filed recently or its stuck in Name Check or some other reason? This is a big cause for concern as EB3 may soon become unavailable. Please let us know so that we can be prepared when our PD becomes current...in the next ten thousand years :(
