EB3 India, million $$ question

So what is in store for 2008, EB-3 India,
Any ideas, should we start taking bets on this one

I think it may move in Feb to 2003, as there are not many people from 2001 to 2003.

I have not seen any India EB3 approvals lately almost all of them are India EB2, so hope fully we will see some approvals for PD around 2001 during this January. I don't think there are many more India EB3 PD's in 2000 still waiting in the queue. So my prediction is we should see some forward movement in February Visa Bulletin.

It seems naive to think there aren't that many pre-2001 labors around. I have a feeling with labor substitution there are many of these cases - people are digging up labors from the mid-90s!

Lets hope things improve when labor substitution stops in Jan 12 - but I have a feeling that whoever had one to use have already put in a application.

Like me there are plenty of people waiting in Q just because of NC or Visa numbers or security check or stuck just like that etc. I know personally around 46 people pre may 2001..

EB3 India will forward to 2003.
It will retrogress back to 2002 once the visa quota for the FY2008
is done.
