Hello all,
EB3, India, Regular LC (i.e. non-RIR)
PD - 5/1997
RD - 3/2000
FP - 5/2000
AD - 9/17/2001
SRC-00-131-XXXXX
I got my courtesy notice in the mail yesterday (9/29), it was redirected
by the USPS since I have moved about 3000 miles in the last month. Ironically, I also got my 2nd EAD in the mail yesterday (also redirected).
My EAD RD was 7/1/2001, ND 8/13/2001, AD 9/17/2001.
I never talked to an IIO, and I checked the AVM yesterday after not having
checked for about a month. The AVM has been updated. I contacted my local
Congressman, he came back with the July 1999 date.
A question for all: I had filed in Florida, the approval notice asks me
to go to the Riviera Beach office for stamping. Unfortunately, I have
since switched jobs, and have moved to a state which is under NSC
jurisdiction. Does anyone foresee any problems if I go to a different
office from the one I am supposed to go to ?
