EB3 - I485 pending since 1999

ID I485 in AUG, 1999.
FL may 2000

 I month back when I called II said that it was assigned to an Officer. I called again two weeks back II said it went for
 Scanning . I called again today II said my application was sent for Scanning and it is not assigned to any officer.
 Any pointers !!!!!!!
 
Mine too PD Oct 96, RD Dec99, FP Dec2000...INS Waiting for something

Whenever I call INS the IIO says that "they are waiting for something" and they dont know what. I assumed that it is an RFE and told the IIO that I did not receive any notification for any RFE. She said that she would resend the RFE and reset the RFE dates. Also I have requested my senator to investigate the matter. I will get something soon. I will keep everyone posted.

Thanks for your response. I am also trying senator option but it look like even they have waiting time before they can tale up the option
