2 nd EAP, AP expiring soon, FP1 5/2004

I am in same boat as you. The only difference is i files 140 & 485 separtely. also my 3rd EAD got approved. I didn't file for AP.

What's your PD ?

Are you from one of the retrogressed countries ?
 
I am from India,
Labour was applied in Dec 2002 and approved around July 2003
I dont know what PD is,

If your labor was applied around Dec 2002, your PD would be around that same time.

And since you are EB3 (And I assume your spouse (if any) is also from a retrogressed country), your PD is not current (yet).

The PD cutoff right now is June 2002 -- so your case will be waiting at least till the PD cutoff becomes Jan 2003 -- it might take some time.
Plus we all have to put up with NSC -- the most inefficient center w.r.t processing 485s :(
