Email was sent last night; 4/20/05. USCIS case status LUD for 140 is 04/21/2005. Approved on 4/20/05. No change for 485

I 140/485/AP/EAD - EB3 / Concurrent / NSC

ND: 09/13/04
FP: 09/30/04
AP: 11/02/04
EAD: 11/03/04
I140: 04/20/05 (219 DAYS)
I485:No updates!

Are you affected by retrogression? If not you may see a 485 approval soon.

Congratulations Vish1348. Its unknown how NSC processes the I-140 because there are old filers who are still waiting for the approval. Sure, you are lucky.
