EB3 - Has anyone had their 485 processing started despite retrogression?

We all know that EB3 is kind of logged in right now - esp for China, India and Mexico. But has anyone had their green card processing started or approved despite their priority date not being reached?

Let us know - gives some of us hope that GC can come sooner than expected. Include details too.
